Participants must treat instructors and staff with respect. We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe.

If we need to reschedule or cancel a service, we will provide at least 48 hours notice when possible and offer alternative dates or full refund.
Cooking involves inherent risks including but not limited to cuts, burns, and slips. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow safety instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sheen vista's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

For recipe development services, intellectual property rights transfer to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in writing.
